Hi there, having a few problems with outlook express. Whenever i read through my messages, it keeps saying collapsed before every message. I'm jusing jaws 8 and i don't know why it's doing this. Plus, it said on windows live that i received an email from someone, when i went down the list it wasn't there, even though my messages had downloaded, any help on this one? i checked the junk folder for it too, but nothing.

I have found window's live does those odd things.
I just uninstalled it.

Yes, Windows Live is extremely buggy. I have other blind friends who use it, and it's given them all kinds of accessibility problems. But, that aside, have you checked the view menu, and made sure everything is okay there? If you've got things set wrong in the view menu, it could effect how your messages are being read. For example, if the preview pane is checked, that can be annoying.

I have no idea about your second question, but the one about messages being collapsed is rather easy.

In your inbox press alt+v to go to the view menu.
The first thing you should encounter says "current view" press a right arrow on this to open the submenu.
Arrow down to "group messages by subject" and press the space bar to uncheck this.

Press escape until you are out of the menus.
This should do the trick.

Hope this helps.
